Roziah Mohd Rasdi, Ph.D. is a Professor in Human Resource Development at the Department of Professional Development and Continuing Education, Universiti Putra Malaysia, MALAYSIA. Her research interest revolves around the areas of career development, talent, and competencies development. Her current research focuses on exploring individual-level competencies which are required for leveraging artificial intelligence in organizations.
Prof. Roziah is a Board member of the Academy of Human Resource Development, USA. She sits on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Human Resource Development Review, Human Resource Development Quarterly, European Journal of Training and Development, and International Journal of Training and Development and serves as a reviewer of numerous journals. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach and Practitioner.

Speech Title: “Malay Folk Literature in Early Childhood Education: Are They Still Relevant?”
Dr. Chew Fong Peng is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia and teaching Malay language education and early childhood education program. She has been presented approximately 170 working papers international and international seminars and conferences in Malaysia and foreign countries, published 9 books, 115 articles published in journals, 72 papers in conference proceedings, 39 chapters in books, 21 translated books including creative writings, 11 edited books and edited creative writings. She is the book editor of Taylor & Francis, editor for Malaysian Year 4, 5 and 6 History textbooks and Year 1 Arts and Music Education text books. Dr. Chew has completed 19 research projects which 8 of them were led by Chew. She won many medals in academy and innovative expo, besides being listed in Marquis Who’s Who in the World 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020. Chew is article reviewer for some established international journals listed in Web of Science and Scopus. Dr. Chew was invited as a visiting professor at the Peking University from October, 2011 to June, 2012 during her sabbatical leave.

He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Management, Administration and Policy, Faculty of Education, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Her expertise is Educational Leadership focusing on Educational Management and Administration, and School Finance. His expertise is for the benefit of society by sharing some academic knowledge, skills, and value in the forms of reading material such as publishing nine academic books and two hunderd articles. His latest academic book entitled “Professional Learning Communities: Theories and Practices”. In terms of delivering an academic speech, he has been selected to be keynote speakers and invited speakers for some international and national conferences, seminars, and workshops. In the research area, besides being an evaluator for research proposals of his university’s academic staff, he has been awarded more than USD80,000 research grants for his interest in Effective School, Educational Leadership, School Finance, and Principalship. Therefore, all experiences of him are put in the shape of a journal namely Journal of Educational Leadership by appointing him as an editor besides being an editorial board for some international journals like Bannu University Research Journal in Education, Journal of Economics and Finance, European Journal of Educational and Social Sciences and International Journal of Education Teaching and Learning.

Speech Title: “Effective psycho-spiritual techniques for parents to help bring out the best in their child“
Dr (Mrs) Asha Thakar is currently leading the Psychiatry section at the Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay, Goa, India. Since last 30 years, she has been counselling her clients, mostly young adults using psychological and spiritual techniques with a good success rate. In the last decade, using the unique technique of ‘Personality Defect Removal’ (PDR) invented by H.H. (Dr) Athavale, Founder of MAV, she has had a higher success rate. This is a simple yet very effective self-hypnotherapy technique that can help overcome any kind of problem, as it addresses the root personality defect of the person. She has counselled parents as well, especially during the pandemic, and has helped them nurture their children in a more fulfilling way. Owing to her qualities such as love for others and a calm and stable mind, Dr Thakar has been able to guide hundreds of youths successfully.

Prof. Manjula Vibhasini Vithanapathirana, Professor in Educational Psychology at the Faculty of Education, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Her main area of expertise is in Child Developmental Psychology and Learning. She has supervised and produced a large number of postgraduate degrees in the area of Psychological Development of Children and Adolescence.
She is also an interdisciplinary scientist which is reflected in her education, research and practice. She graduated from the University of Colombo with Zoology Honours, completed postgraduate studies in Education with a Masters from the Open University of Sri Lanka and PhD from Institute of Education (IOE) University College London (UCL) in the United Kingdom. She also secured a Post Graduate Diploma and a Master of Arts from the Post Graduate Institute of Buddhist and Pali Studies of the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
